Analytical Customer Service

Location – Gloucestershire

Our client is an established business within the food and drink sector and offers research and innovation services to industrial partners to drive product development.

An opportunity has become available for an individual to join the company and support the Analytical Services team with their customer enquiries. Within this role you will act as the first point of contact for clients and will support with technical information, tracking and progression of enquiries.    

The role will be office based and will involve management of phone and email enquiries. This will require an understanding of the analytical services provided by the business and support the client in progressing the enquiry to appropriate team. You will work with the internal tracking system to ensure all enquiries are correctly recorded, managed and delivered.

 

Suitable applicants will have:

·      Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or Technical discipline

·      Previous customer-service experience through phone and email enquiries

·      Experience working with internal logging systems, CRM or call-management tools

·      Experience working in a KPI driven environment to high-quality standards

·      Full UK/EU driving licence would be beneficial.

·      Good verbal and communication skills to form good client relationship

 

In return my client offers a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £19,000-£21,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits.
