Our client is offering a superb opportunity for an experienced Business Developer to make their mark and influence how the organisation develops its routes to market. They are a rapidly expanding organisation and are looking for an ambitious Business Development professional who shares their passion for sales and development and can play a pivotal role in the continued growth of their business. The company are a multiple award winning organisation to provide a range of Health screening products and services to customers in the UK and internationally. This is an exciting time to join their organisation as they continue to grow and are looking for an ambitious and commercially aware individual who can help identify and develop new routes to market for their Product and Service offerings. The primary focus will be to develop routes to market for their UK business within (but not limited to) the following sectors:

·         Academia/University

·         Health/Leisure, Sports clubs and related

·         Retail (pharmacies / supermarkets)


Your role will include the following activities:

        Grow revenue within the agreed territory and sector via targeting corporate customers

        Monitor & report against KPI’s

        Marketing campaigns - Design, develop and deliver plus monitor effectiveness

        Develop new sales channels

        Develop marketing strategies in-line with market wants & needs

        Support in the development of customer delivery pathways tailored to new sales channels

        Work with Customer Support team to help with training and development needs with customers


The ideal person will have

        Degree in Business, Marketing, or related (preferred)

        Proven background delivering growth and developing new sales channels/routes to market

        Highly innovative approach – can think outside the box and develop market focused approaches

        Analytical skills – able to analyse and adapt performance/approach based on data

        A proven background in key account management

        IT literate; fluent in English and effective communication skills

        Highly organised and results orientated
