The role:

Our client is a leading provider of Bioanalytical services to the Pharmaceutical industry.

Specialising in Discovery and Development services an opportunity has now become available for a Flow Cytometry Scientist to join their team and support with client projects.

As a Flow Cytometry Scientist you will be working in a Contract Research (CRO) environment and will be acting as a scientific specialist on pharmaceutical development projects. Working closely with your clients you will be responsible for experimental design, development and validation of bioanalytical methods. Performing laboratory based analysis in line with project guidelines. Managing documentation and regulatory compliance for drug discovery and development projects.

Experience expectations:

The successful applicant will ideally have;

·         Experience working in a GLP, GMP, GCP regulated environment ideally within a CRO.

·         Technical experience with multi-colour flow cytometry (i.e. FACS Canto, Beckman Coulter)

·         Experienced in the development and validation of pharmaceutical methods

·         Educated to BSc/MSc in a related discipline (or equivalent commercial experience)

·         Experience designing and performing immunoassays for biomarkers is beneficial

·         Experienced in pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.

 

Package:

In return, my client offers a permanent position with a competitive annual salary of £25,000-£35,000 dependent upon experience plus competitive benefits package.
