Quality Manager – Medical Devices

Location: Oxfordshire

Due to company expansion our client is currently seeking a Quality Manager to join their company on a permanent basis. Our client is an Oxfordshire based company specialising in the development and manufacture of specialist materials used within biotechnology.

The role:

As the Quality Manager you will report to the CEO and will be responsible for maintenance and implementation of documentation for the Quality Management System (QMS). This will include:

 

  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Compile, implement and maintain quality documentation for the QMS
  • Act as representative for ISO13485:2016
  • Support internal validation activities
  • Implement Health & Safety systems

Experience expectations:

The successful applicant will ideally have;

 

  • Previous experience working within a quality role with experience maintaining Quality Management Systems
  • Experienced with ISO 13485, FDA 21CFR part 820 and EU MDD 93/42/EEC
  • Experienced with risk assessment documentation
  • Previous industry experience with internal/external auditing procedures
  • Ability to communicate and guide quality compliance

The Package:

In return, my clients offers a permanent position with a salary of £30,000-£40,000 (Salary will be dependent upon experience) and benefits.
