Sales Support Executive

Working as a Sales Support Executive for the organization; the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers in their selection of products. This will involve significant telephone duties as well as email and preparation of quotes and proposals and sales order processing in addition to some business development work and Account Development/Management. This role will require extensive research skills to provide a high quality service and identification of a range of product options suitable for the client’s purpose.
Our client is looking for commercial aware candidates with a strong attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and will have a first class telephone manner. Candidates must be fluent in English and must be highly numerate.
Applications are encouraged from candidates with a Material Science or chemistry background but applicants will also be considered form candidates with strong Sales Support experience and a general background in Science or Engineering. Previous experience within a B2B customer service or sales position is essential.
