Job Description
The (Inside) Account Manager role would suit a proactive and customer-oriented individual. This role will focus on developing customer relationships with their SME client base within the UK to support of growth in revenues from these organisations. This is an office based role with occasional work from home days. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for your customers and you’ll liaise with colleagues to provide consultative solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing business; understanding clients needs and providing sales solutions to grow revenues
- Look to identify new or growth sales opportunities within your customer base or leverage existing relationships to identify new business/revenue opportunities
- Work closes with internal colleagues to gather information to support and develop sales in a consultative business environment
- Provide client/product feedback internally to support the development of trends , product innovations and the changing demands of your customers
Qualifications
- STEM background, ideally Science or Engineering focused in an applied science
- Good understanding of Physical Chemistry, Engineering or Physics principles
Personal skills:
- Strong communicator, outgoing and friendly with an ability to create and develop good rapport with customers
- Target driven and motivated by exceeding KPI’s
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Fluent in English with a good telephone manner and strong written communication skills
- Good problem solving skills and able to troubleshoot and think creatively
- Happy to work from an office based environment
