As a candidate, there are occasions when we need to share your personal information with third parties in the form of our clients in applications for job openings, however, we will ensure you are informed on where your personal information is being sent.

Upon application to vacancies none of your contact information (email, phone number or postal address) is provided to clients. On some occasions we may need to provide some contact information for interviews (i.e. phone number or video call ID) and when we have successfully found you the perfect role, but this will be discussed with you before any of your personal information is exchanged.

Personal information on candidates will be collated from the information the individual declare to us, from a direct application, job-board or headhunting activities; or alternatively from information they make public (for example via a social media platform). Usually this information is gathered from a CV or written document (electronic or otherwise) and any other information they choose to share in respect of their job applications.

We only collect the information a candidate is prepare to disclose or is public available for the purpose of applying for employment in the UK via a recruitment organisation and in respect of statutory requirements and discrimination laws.

 

Clients:

The information we hold is to ensure we are able to stay in contact and effectively deliver our recruitment service.
